- Led diverse projects in agriculture, community development, education and climate change.
- Developed systematic monitoring and evaluation frameworks to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
- Formulated project Work Plans, Budgets, and log frame matrices, alongside defining performance indicators (Qualitative and quantitative) for accurate assessment.
- Conducted regular data analysis to gauge project performance against established indicators.
- Managed 50000+ farmers and families, mobilizing 28,500 farmers into 57 Farmer Producer Organizations.
- Implemented CSR programs on climate change awareness and sustainable energy solutions.

- Spearheaded plantation of 15000 trees (survival rate @ 92%), promoted pulses farming, adopted by 8000+ farmers and led climate awareness campaigns benefiting 2000+ farmers.
- Mobilized 18000+ farmers into 50 FPOs and conducted 250+ training sessions.
- Exerted sphere of excellence in promoting 99 rural Agri-Entrepreneurs in Bihar who are providing services to 19,800 rural households
- Pivotal in developing 5 Rural Mandis in 4 districts for small and marginal farmers, daily average income of farmers increased by 35- 49%, benefiting 10000+ families
- Essayed a crucial role in administering large workforce of 600 volunteers during the Bihar Flood in 2017 and 2019 and COVID 19 in 2020
- Installed 251 solar street lighting systems and 2 community owned solar irrigation system, reduced carbon emissions by an estimated 35203 kilogram per year.
- Trained 40 artisans & farmers on Bamboo Product Development for CSR projects.
- Lead the Child Education initiative of KF – “Buniyadi Shiksha Kendra”
- Pivotal in establishment of 3 open gym and one additional primary health centre.
